Fruit ripening time: March - April
These apples are very large in size. The flesh is white, crisp and very firm.
Juicy and tart-sweet, with a hint of strawberry. Skin colouring is yellow with prominent red stripes on the sunny side.
Uses: Ideal for cooking due to the size of the fruit, it also becomes fluffy when cooked. Also has good fresh eating and good keeping qualities.
